Our fabrication capabilities include:

High Definition Plasma cutting up to 300 amps on three machines
Press Breaks and CNC folding to 1/4” by 10 feet long
CNC rolling up to 3/16” across
CNC saw cutting up to 16" across
Large inventory of sheets metal up to 1/2”, bar, angle, tube, rod...

Our welding machines are the latest technology in Mig and Tig welding. We have forty welding stations with three ton hoists for moving parts. We use a wash-down systems that recycles the water for paint prep. Our paint system has a computer controlled mixing system for two component paints to ensure consistency and efficiency. We can spray any type of paint and match colors to your specifications.

The final assembly area allows us to pre assemble structures or large items to very fit-up before it leaves our facility. We have two five ton cranes with 40 feet of hook height.

Our shipping department build their own skids and ships items every day. We have negotiated great rates for all types of shipments giving you the option to have us ship your items for you.
