Process/Layout Group
The Kice Process and Layout Group is a group of individuals with extensive process and layout experience. Over the last 60 years Kice has had the opportunity to work in many industries. We've seen what works and what doesn't work so well. We have the unique ability to help a customer define his process and then layout the necessary equipment in either an existing space or a green-field site.
Process Definition: Often times a customer will call with an idea of what he wants to product. What he needs is someone who can take his ideas and develop a flow sheet that considers all aspects of the process. This flow sheet becomes the basis upon which all other phases of the project is based.
Layouts: Once the flowsheet has been identified, the next step is to layout the equipment. Whether it's an addition to an existing process or a brand new facility, Kice designers can provide layouts that take into consideration all the critical factors that make a project successful.
Once a flowsheet is nailed down and layouts are complete, customers may go out for installation bids and know that they are comparing "apples to apples" when reviewing them.
