Standard Features

PneuJet Filters are offered in round and square configurations and service applications ranging from 1,000-16,000 CFM]
Round configurations are most common due to NFPA pressure rating requirements
Square configurations are common when handling non-explosive dusts
Filters are constructed out of carbon steel and painted with Kice’s highly durable, polyurethane-based paint
The PneuJet bag cleaning system uses medium pressure air that is provided by an Air Power Unit
Conservative bag spacing increases the life of filter bags, reducing maintenance costs
Support legs are customizable to any application and come with caged ladders
Control boards are factory wired to blast valves, provide random cleaning sequences, and are mounted inside NEMA-rated enclosures

Models

PneuJet Round Baghouse Filters

Our Round configurations are most common due to NFPA pressure rating requirements. They are built with our medium-pressure PneuJet cleaning system that uses no venturis, but instead discharges the full volume of cleaning air directly into the bags. Since the PneuJet method does not depend on venturi induction of additional air volume, it delivers equal bag-cleaning impact with much less air pressure (10-12 PSIG). The PneuJet system can operate from a Kice air power unit (blower package), eliminating the need to use high-pressure plant air. This also eliminates the potential for oil and water contaminating the inside of filter bags.

PneuJet Square Baghouse Filters

Our Square configurations are common when handling non-explosive dusts.
