Applications

The Kice GR Series filter is a patented method for controlling and activating reverse air cleaning systems. Each filter contains an auto-timing mechanism that does not require mechanical adjustment to ensure proper reverse air timing for cleaning.

Standard filter features

The standard temperature rating is 300°F.
GR filters have low energy requirements, powered by a 7.5 hp reverse air cleaning blower.
Air distribution provides a higher air-to-cloth ratio and increased bag life.
Support structure that can be customized for unique situations
Exterior walkway(s) with caged ladders

Standard options

Rated explosion panels are available whenever the application requires them. The number of panels are determined by the specific product and the size of the filter. Vent ducts are also available for venting through exterior walls.
Top bag removable with walk in clean-air chamber
Access doors, access platforms and porthole sight glasses provide entry points and facilitate observation.
Other custom features include filter media options and level indicators.
Horizontal Separator on the air inlet removes 75% of dust prior to entering the filter
Chiseled bottom hopper w/ screw conveyor that slashes overall height and encourages dust movement out of the filter
